Finally beat it
The gameplay was really fun and I didn't mind that they'd decided to go more into an action style for most of the game. Although I hope RE9 focuses more on the survival horror aspect again, this was a very nice change of pace.

That story though...man, I heard it was divisive but didn't get why until the finale happened. Not a fan of the twists. Maybe I'll enjoy the Rose dlc whenever I get to it.

Overall, I had a lot more fun than I did with RE7 and feel like it's a step up in almost every way. I'm excited for RE9 and whatever it brings to the table.
