What are some good ways to terrorize people in a very light way? Personally I've started going 5-10 miles an hour below the speed limit. Yeah yeah fuck me blah blah blah, you get what you give and all I ever get are slow drivers so I'm just giving it back. What do you do to nonviolently terrorize others?
