Wrong time of the year I know, but is there a chili house near you? How do you like your chili? When I was a tight supple child I use to go to a place called Hard Times Cafe with my parents and get their Texas 5 way chili mac and it was delicious. They made Texas chili, Cincinnati Chili, and terilunga red which is a spicier chili. They still exist but with much fewer locations.

Ever make chili? Beans, no beans, even butternut squash in it too. It's all good.
