I just had a bunker on my starting tile lower the required intellectual skill to hack its entrance out of nowhere. Landed 45 days ago, started with 5 required and lowered to 4 just now so my people autohacked it. Is it an intended storyteller thing around ruins or a bug? Did an archotech indulge some benevolent urge? Got some good shit and definitely living down here instead
