Kards, WWII Hearthstone, currently has a deck that is still strong enough to warp the entire ladder around it and forces all other strong decks to be built with it in mind (this, of course, weakens the meta warping deck, but not by a long shot)
The deck involves around building up your mana pool quickly so as to later deploy a couple British pistol dudes, who deal damage each time to a random enemy target (including enemy's face) whenever you play an "Order" card. A big mana pool, coupled with that the deck often has a lot of cheap (low mana cost), good "Order" cards, means that these British dudes will be able to dish out a lot of damage in a single turn.
