Finally finished Collar x Malice FD after putting it off for like a year. I'm kinda impressed, it was good, really good. After stories were decent, much more interesting to see some usual relationship issues and more gradual SoL leading up to marriage than the epilogues in regular VNs which are either nonstop moe icha icha or an H-scene marathon. But there was no real need to make two endings for each LI. For Takeru, Mineo and Kei, their Normal ends could have been integrated into the story without any issues and need to skip through the story an extra time. For Shiraishi and Yanagi, yeah those were a bit different, but still nothing that would scream "you ruined your future with him, he doesn't like you anymore because you didn't help him out with a gag". Kinda weird, seems like just a pointless busywork, same with the whole prologue. Side stories were nice, wish they were longer.
Adonis route was the real highlight of the VN. Very entertaining, great fun. But again, there was no need to add all that extra clicking to read it, ugh. Very annoying that you have to input over 50 times overall just to progress. Probably was done to pad out the play time or something, otherwise it would like 10 hours long.
Rating wise it's probably a bit weaker than the main game, but not by a lot.
Now I REALLY want a full game with punished Ichika type of MC. But I guess those probably don't exist in otomege.
