Greek farm scandal triggers top-level government resignations

I wanted to write at least the last 50 years
Venizelos was at least "somewhat" successful making the country bigger but this was almost obviously going to happen with or without him due to the rapid decline of the Ottoman empire but still didn't make it big enough plus him suggesting ataturd for the Nobel prize after what happened in Asia Minor (multiple genocides) and the ending of Greek presence in Anatolia for milenia was unacceptable

The European Union has imposed a 392.2 million-euro ($451.9 million) fine on Greece over a major scandal involving the mismanagement of agricultural subsidies by a government agency between 2016 and 2022.
The fine does not cover a more recent scandal of OPEKEPE that was uncovered in pic related

Thoughts? I think with the recent scandal the fines could be up to 1B€
