Meh, think of this as exactly the same rot we've been fighting just changing tactics. It used to be that nobody would listen to a soccer mom organization because they had no real use to corporations.
Now that the federal grift is done, the corporate grift is declining, all that's left is the grassroots grift. So we get a twitter account with maybe 400 real people following it dictating what a platform that has 100 million + users do because this is ultimately just the same grift for control it's always been. Just a different coat of paint.
The fact we're back to arguing with puritan soccer moms allying with massive banks and politicians should be refreshing because it's just like we're back in 2009 again. I would love if gaming became united once more around something everybody can hate like massive credit card companies.
