Belobog is the best planet simply because the whole planet had a cohesive vision implemented through all of it's aspects
there's also a unique lack of "rush" in it's devolvement due to not being restricted to the usual 6 to 12 weeks of dev time for new areas, and it shows. Belobog's comercial distric STILL looks better than Penacony and Okhema
