The third member will make it or break it. I'm not that much of a Bijou fan, but she would be a perfect fit here to act as a comedic bridge for both. From the JP side, Flare/Noel would be the best since Peko would have an easy and familiar target to tease and play off of while getting to know Ina.
Someone like Subaru, Polka, Fubuki or Kanade would be great too, but I don't know if they play the game.
