you won't get any statistics for all of Africa because it's a bunch of different countries, not that anyone is tracking it at all. it's too chaotic to study. it doesn't just all come from USA, Turkey sends a lot of food to some African countries for example, will they tell us what they are doing or even be able to track it all? not likely.
