No, $50 just gets you the first three expansions. The LW seasons are priced at $50~ in value, either via gems (a smidgen above $50 in gems) or $50 exactly via the complete edition. The asterisk here is that you can technically earn gems ingame via converting gold, but it's an amount that would take you a very long time when said living worlds are also a big source of income. They do run sales periodically though (likely to be one on their anniversary in a few weeks), everything typically runs at 50% off.
