To be fair I have the Uncle Adolf hairline so mine isn't bad. Different biologies have different reactions; your fate may be to go bald no matter what. It sucks but the alternatives can be worse. There is no sense in worrying yourself to death over this; that will only hurt you more. If it bothers you so much that you have impaired functioning then buy a wig. Your appearance is just a social tool anyway so you should use it however you wish (don't get surgeries though, those butchers will, um, butcher you). You need to break away from this pattern of tying your inner essence to your exterior appearance and the real or imagined responses of others. I would take some time to just not worry about my hair, let it do as it pleases. That might help you get away from this mindset. My reaction to fin scared me so much that I've been pulling small clumps of hair from my head for the past week every time I brush it and all I do is laugh.
Individual catastrophes are commonly made up by the mind and rarely resemble reality. You will be fine, Anon.
