Ah, that argument "I am simply following impulse and nature, thus it is not applicable to me"

That is the mindset of a dog humping a leg, of a monkey screeching in a tree, of a deer eating a baby rabbit near its grazing spot.

It's a decent cope, but a turn away from accountability, which is Ego Defensive. "I'm okay, because I don't think about it" Disassociation from knowledge by blaming it on impulse and nature, if it never reaches my Conscious or Subconscious, it's technically okay.

If you truly live like that, you're living like a beast and a dog. If you truly exist as such, then "Good puppy, good boy, learning how to speak in Man's tongue and using technology! What a good boy you are! Who wants a treat? You do? You do?"

But I suspect you utilize that viewpoint to cope, which is Understandable, and it's one of the most common Ego Defense reflexes out there, so your response is genuinely okay, and normal... if not a bit unaware of how it makes devalues you as an Individual.

"Your philosophies mean nothing, for I am but a beast. bark bark."

>You are overthinking it which is chaos.
Oh my yes, that's my own madness, I never claimed to be normal or be ordered, or that I am correct or others are incorrect. This is all subjective viewpoint, which is indicative of my own madness; one could argue that said overthinking and assigning this onto others and the world is my own coping mechanism, and projecting this to others. "If I am like this, so must others"

Of which, I can turn the mirror back unto them and say "And what of you?"

The point of this isn't to vent, rant, or share some wisdom, but rather to point a mirror that reflects inward to youself, and have you question "Who am I? Why am I? What am I? Am I normal? Am I unique? What is my purpose? What and Who defines me?" And in this forwarding, I am going with the lowest hanging fruit "Sanity" since we're a general of some very not so normal people who interact and view it from afar.
