I feel like Uma is more like Touhou and KanColle, as in it was made by people who were absolutely passionate about the subject matter and are very "autistic" about giving it proper homage. BA reminds me more of Azur Lane with it feeling like it is just in it for the money, trying to cater to as many people as possible and just cooked some setting in 5 minutes as an excuse to have as many flavors of cute/sexy anime girls as possible to attract an audience.
