I made a big pot of gahbidge soup. It's all veggie based and is quite hearty by itself or a good vehicle for pasta/gnocchi, dumplings, meats, etc.

Also I would like to thank our friend Bickford for using fava beans the other day. I bought some and they help elevate this soup justly.
