I feel he is slept on honestly. He is extremely cost effective, has multiple relic sets that work good, can flex as a sub DPS or a hypercarry, doesn't rely on light cone or eidolons, and can work decent in AoE situations and well in single target. The only trade off I see being with him is that he has kinda bad vertical investment relative to other Amphoreus characters, but that's hardly a flaw for most people.
