Changes made:
>Added cover
>Added author metadata
>Added all illustrations both in an Illustrations section at the start and in-line where they appear in the text. This bloated the size of the EPUB to 48MB, of which of which 25MB alone is just the Novelpia cover and its textless variant thanks to the dumb film grain effect which doesn't compress well in PNG format
>Standardized all the main characters' names
>Removed random gibberish strings that appeared in a handful of chapters for some reason
>Fixed and standardized all chapter titles and regenerated table of contents, marked R-19 chapters in the ToC
