Minase Iori, idol extraordinaire - more than anything, her goal was to prove to the world that she didn't need daddy's money to make a name for herself. Since she was a little girl, Iori rejected the help of her father and brothers - all owners and high-ranking officers in the ultra-rich Minase corporation - because she wanted to prove that she could make a name of herself off her own merits.

When the local mecha squadron put out their fliers at Big Idol HQ - complete with promises of lavish fame and fortune - the choice was obvious for her.

Iori, unsurprisingly, flew through the academy at breakneck speed, graduating faster than any other cadet her age. As a result, she was deployed for active combat years before many other female pilots. Despite her father's initial objections of his precious baby girl going into combat in multi-billion dollar mech warfare, Iori proved to the world - and the enemy - just how dangerous she could be, earning over fifteen confirmed kills in her first few months alone.

Now an ultra-popular idol AND an ultra-popular mech pilot, Iori's decision to join the force has paid off with her becoming one of the world's most prolific celebrities of all time.
