Castles and Blades already heavily reference eso. Todd has literally said "eso carries the tes torch in between my games" so it has his stamp of approval. If Todd says it, it's final as far as I'm concerned.

I volunteered for the adventurer's league for pathfinder and the dnd equivalent and always did a good job, so after a while the people who were regulars there set up games outside of that context.
Same with 40k. I signed up for a bunch of crusade leagues and was always a good opponent so after a while people set up games outside of that context.
From there it's pretty easy to ask the dnd gamers if they've played bg3 and the 40k gamers if they've played darktide/rogue trader, and there you go. Now we videogame and tabletop game.
And other things too, I even went to one of their weddings.
