Oh Nocturne is definitely dead because why would you make an artbook for an unfinished show, the 2017 series only got an artbook after the final season aired.

They will probably get the greenlight for one more project to renew interest. They did an interview a months ago expressing interest in jumping around the timeline.

I fully expect them to have Dracula in the next series.
