one hear is about half deaf and the other doesn't hear to good either. i slur my words and i am dumb. but not traditionally dumb, i do make a lot of noise. i mean stupid.
so I can not talk and hear other languages.
and as far as writing, too many strokes. or some languages have too many fashion accessories on their letters
