They've been sealed by two Jew York judges. You have to go through the legal process of unsealing them first. That's what they're in the process of doing, we'll see if we get anything meaningful out of it or not.

The interesting tid bit about that lost minute is that they're saying its a know feature of the system. In other words there's a minute every day at a time that the prison knows where they cameras go off and knowing that window exists they could plan to use it. A minute is plenty of time to walk into Epstein's cell, break his neck, put a sheet noose around him and walk out. Its also enough time to take him out of his cell and plant a look alike corpse.
The odds of Epstein randomly picking the exact minute when the cameras are offline to kill himself without knowing is 1 in 1440.
