Oh yeah, the damage definitely needs to get beat with a stick. Its basically a breed proc x3 everytime and the cooldown is so low that it doesnt experience the diminishing returns bleed/frost procs do
10% on every hit is already pretty impactful, personally i'd learn more towards a 20% passive damage buff over it doing a huge burst
