Kuro-chan didn't appear during FBKingdom which is kind of weird considering Burinyan made a semi appearance though there wasn't an outfit. My main guess though would be that there isn't a 3D model for Kuro's 2Dlive outfit and the only thing they have is the reskin for Foobs old 3D, but even saying that it shouldn't be that hard to recolor the new 3D Foobs has to black and red?
