Hell, just for you, an easy recipe:
You cook them in water, and once they're done you take them out, then you put some butter in a pan, and put some scraps of lard, then your sprouts. You let it cook and add crème fraiche and some paprika, and you stir it well.
It's delicious, either as is or with some rice on the side.
