Cannons take less damage while the fat guys are in range of them, so get rid of them and use arts damage and they'll melt
Antonio summons one when going into Phase 2, this one will target whatever he was focused on
Antonio buffs the damage of them occasionally when he is near them
He does the Irene S3 every ~20 seconds

Theres different methods depending on what you have, but generally if you can get someone to tank him and just heal them up while no one else is too close to that op you'll be fine. Would be better fitted to help with your roster though. Like if you have Angie at E2 for example a quick use of her S3 will make the fatties weigh enough to be fired away from the cannons thus making them easier to kill
