yes but dont confuse them with turks. turks and brits want to pretend they are the same thing but we are as different as milk and mud water (turks being the latter).
plus there are two main groups of Kazakhs - northern are really white, imagine koreans. southen kazakhs are darker skin and different facial features. my lineage comes from northern kazakhs so living in the south is torture
