The lives of Genghis Khan and Gesar of Ling have some fun parallels. Both of their wives were kidnapped, raped, and impregnated by other men, but whereas Genghis was willing to adopt his wife's son (Jochi) as his own heir, Gesar bashed his wife's baby's brains out (Son of Kurkar).
