Femboy Marco would never have taken off the way it has if he didn't have that mole. What's it even doing there? I know guys with moles but they don't usually translate into animation. And look where it is, right around his eye, right up on his cheek. That's a beauty mark. It reminds you of Marilyn Monroe.

If the Princess Marco episode had never aired, maybe the mole would have gone unnoticed. But once he put that dress on, he was doomed, and the mole is a big reason why.
