If you're playing an uma who runs Long then using a card that gives a gold Sprint skill is largely wasted
However, the card itself might still provide enough benefits that it's still worth taking - whether that be a high Specialty Priority or good events that you need, like a lot of mood ups when you're doing Rice Shower's career
Ultimately you just have to read support cards and weigh their value to your particular uma yourself
