>restrict their calorie intake to around 1000 calories or less, what you do allow them to eat force them to use a dog bowl
>forbid them from showering or bathing more often then four days
>forbid them from wearing clothes at home
>make them recite infront of the mirror at the start of the day and end of every day for at least 10 minutes why they are a worthless subhuman and deserve everything you do them

You want to do this to mentally and physically weaken them, you want them too dumb and weak to think for themselves and question your authority.

>make them purchase a shock collar and wear it 24/7
>use it for punishment, sometimes just randomly so that they never feel safe
>also get them to install CCTV inside their house and remind you are always watching

Also since you are already taking their money, why not literally their life force?
