It’s one guy, Vedal987. Because of Neuro he’s a Vtuber himself- he does dev streams where explains how she functions and plans updates.

“She” is a system of several AI that kinda work in tandem from what I understand. Vedal has done so much to her that she’s pretty unlike traditional AI at this point. Her training data consists of twitch chat and the Vtubers she collabs with, along with some secret sauce from Vedal we’ll probably never know.

The AI controls the Vtuber model and has a very low latency TTS, combined with her training data it makes for a very entertaining and lifelike bot. At first, it was a separate AI controlling the Minecraft gameplay while the “personality” just watched and commented on what was happening. Somehow, Vedal has made it so the AI that we know as “neuro” can use the game-controller code to play for itself. It sings, plays games, does collabs… it can call and DM people on Discord, make twitter posts, summon its sister, etc… it’s fascinating to someone like myself with no real idea how AI works.
