We've had a number of little incidents like this now. It doesn't seem to do much damage, but the fact is that there are too few people who understand their chance of survival is greater if they just kill their superior at training.

Many instead choose to attempt to make it to the frontline before defecting--a high-risk, high-reward maneuver. This is ultimately how the war continues.
