I never got it from looking at real women or imagine myself being a girl, but it only happens when I see a really sexy femboy. It's hot to imagine myself ending like that either by being born with "faggot genes" (low t, small dick, smooth body, plump ass etc.) or just hopping on hrt and basically going through sissification.
