I think it's deeper than responsibility: humans are not machines, and even when we know we "should" go to bed early, rise up early, drink water, eat healthy, go out, cut down on screen time and snacks, clean the house, do our chores and so on we don't! There are greater forces at work.

And if something already "is" I find it silly to think it "shouldn't be". I think the Universe is proceeding just as it should!
