Nanase is clearly being shown like she's the main heroine and there are a lot of shots of Touka and her coins, but the people that saw the early airing of eps 1-3 say that Misaki and Hinami also get scenes, so I'm guessing it's Nanase's route but with occasional scenes from other routes so the other two have things to do (like how you can see Rei in her paizuri contest outfit here, which is a Misaki route scene). I'm guessing they're gonna incorporate the Fumino route ending into it too cus Nanase's route ends in a really depressing way in retrospect
