Short version - guy wakes up in a locked room with a girl. To progress, he and the girl have to do sexual things. That gets them to the next room, which in turns requires different sexual things with different girls and so on for a short but complete game. Oh and he turns out to be related to pretty much all the girls. Double oh and it turns this entire thing is being put on by the girls in his life because they want to fuck him.

For something with an interesting idea, it really wimped out in the execution. No real edge or raw emotions at all? Lame.

Can anyone think of any other games with similar in-universe gamified sex? People forced to compete in sexual games like an erotic Saw movie. Preferably with some noncon edge?

Pale Carnation sort of scratches the same itch (though it's been getting more normy lately). Fetish Locator played with it too - with the app game forcing sexual encounters. And there's the granddaddy Euphoria of course, which is the Mona Lisa of the forced sex gameshow genre.
