thats a sociopath.

a psychopath doesnt get taught.
they come out the womb unable to ever feel empathy.

look at the bright side.
sociopathy can learn to empathise.
its a long proccess, and it wont ever be natural.
but atleast it would show effort on ur part, which is better than the majority of people with ASPD.
