If it helps you out: One of silhouettes for upcoming Honkai x HSR Pokemon game wears what appears cowboy-liked hat.
I first thought it was sigger, but sigger wears simple fedora, while this hat is larger and more shaped like Scampo's hat there. Not to mention that silhouette appears to be wearing long sleeved jaket/coat, which sigger doesn't. Could be Scampo (5* version) as such. Devs do love putting Scampo everywhere after all. They even brought him for collab, made him boss, then updated that boss.
