i believe this was a blue on blue recoiless rifle fired too early or not aimed correctly/friendly ran out in front of him. theyre really loud so the person firing was probably covering their head/ears and not looking when pulling the lanyard. i think theyre lanyard operated. crazy that they shoot these things at eachother while inside buildings full of holes. same with rpg. lot of backblast.
