the way guild ranks are treated is weird
is it trust based or skill based? if it's trust based then it's weird to make fun of someone "new". they could be a veteran in another field and just decided to suddenly become an adventurer. if it's skill based then any fucker that's strong and immediately become very influential with their high rank and that'l ruin everything
