I finally have the auto-mute script working after it ruined multiple runs that probably would have been fun without it. Anyway, the problem I was having was that if you have a folder named "portable_config" in the mpv.exe folder, even it's empty and you have a config in the normal, non-portable location, it will ignore everything in the normal config directory including any scripts you have. Shit fucking works now even with streamlink, though I can't be sure streamlink is even necessary.
