There's a lot of quality of life features. Replay takeover, extensive training mode, etc
Punish counter is a good mechanic, and whiff punishing is much more feasible for non superhumans due to it and hurtbox/recovery frame adjustments
Game is well optimized and load times are good.
Netcode is the best of any modern fighter. Maybe of any fighter.
The recent nerf to perfect parry made it much less frustrating to be on the receiving end of.
The game having few plus frames theoretically makes it much easier to tell when it's your turn, versus like SFV where every character could have multiple plus frames and specials and stagger pressure was suffocating until you did your homework on their frame data.
