I was the original poster, so I can at least say that the origins of the post wasn't AI or a bot, though I don't know about OP; I'll just take a wild guess and say that the trend was hot to him and he simply wanted to see more.
Anyway, Vtubers and Lady Beemer are probably the best examples of what I was talking about, but you can see flourishes of it in a lot of avatar characters for female artists - it could be argued that they're simply more autobiographical by including the sexual aspects of their lives, but the same could be said for including all the times you go to the toilet; we curate what to depict and if you depict the sexual moments, that's what you explicitly wanted to share.
But again, I'm not specifically against it or anything like that, I obviously like Beemer's comics enough to be saving them, it was just something I started noticing when seeing women's avatars, and decided to point out when a thread about avatars popped up.
