Saiyans remain in their youth until 80 and die from old age around 100. Menopause probably happens at 80 for them. I would imagine they're less fertile than a human so it would take more effort to inseminate. If you go at it hard and get back to back pregnancies you can expect 80 from each.
Side note, we have never seen a Saiyan male or female produce twins. I wonder if it is impossible for them.
