Tbh, footfags' most prominent issue by far is that they're usually annoying as hell. Or at least the louder/loudest ones of them are. Most other fetishists don't invade SFW-ish spaces with schizoposting of their stuff, and they "read the room" better. Furries have the same issue.
(I know that there are adequate foot fetishists. Maybe the (You) who is reading this is one of the adequate ones, why not. But the louder ones are *really* more prominent than the louder ones of most other types of fetishists, in my experience.)
