The importance of good management and also the (whatever)-to-Nintendo developer pipeline still cranking out bangers.
I will say this though it feels weird still seeing people post about Koizumi like he's doing anything important with 3D Mario and never mentioning Kenta Motokura who has been its VIP since arguably Galaxy 2, and been with 3D Mario since Sunshine.
