i must improve my life but...

so many streamers to watch
so many youtube videos to watch
so many characters to play in tekken
so much content to goon to
so many 4chan threads demanding my attention
how can i sacrifice so much for "improvement"
even if i do i will last 20 minutes
and even if i do it for several days it will never last weeks
