Zelensky: signed the documents to ratify the Agreement on establishing a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. The agreement, recently signed between Ukraine and the Council of Europe, must now be promptly ratified to launch the actual process of creating the tribunal. I’ve also instructed the preparation and submission of necessary legislative amendments to the Verkhovna Rada to ensure full implementation from our side.
